It is a young, innovative scientific company founded in 2014 in collaboration with the LAMMC Institute of Horticulture. The company works with local plant raw materials, looking for innovative technologies and opportunities for their use in the production of food so that the products are enriched with biologically valuable substances, and retain their natural colours.
In order to achieve the highest quality, we mainly work with berries, fruits, vegetables and herbs grown by local farmers, and we do not use any synthetic colourants or preservatives.
